Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction Returns

  • If you are returning an item because you don’t like it or it didn’t meet your expectations (but is not damaged or faulty), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Refunds for these returns will be 75% of the purchase price.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you apart from shipping fees.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at: PaintMateHelp@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back securely.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund according to the rules above.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without our authorization may not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion for some returns.
